Here is sufficient evidence to prove that Todd Co Sheriff Don Amus is not only illegally withholding Kelly Goggleye's readily available, free, electronic, private jail from him but also from me. I have reason to suspect that Mahnomen Co Attorney Darlene Rivera-Spalla has requested that Sheriff Asmus illegally withholding Kelly's data in order to force Kelly to plead guilty or to be found guilty on trumped up rape charges without ever receiving all his evidence. I also have reason to believe that Kelly's backstabbing public pretender Joy Mickels is withholding Kelly's client files from him for the same reason. Also Mickels has ignored client Kelly's informed consent form in which he released his client file to me. Rigged Case No. 44-CR-16-478 State Of Minnesota VS Kelly Bruce Goggleye, right? FYI: I tossed a monkey wrench into a similar trumped case (Case No. 44-CR-12-281 State Of Minnesota VS William Ross McArthur), didn't I? I have reason to suspect Asmus is illegally withholding my jail to cover up assistant Pope Co attorney Chad Larson breaching jail security by sending me a weapon in legal mail.
