This is just an example of the harassment that I received at Todd Co. Jail. Now Sheriff Don Asmus is trying to illegally withhold my free electronic public/private data by coming up with a fraudulent bill and a loony harassment script. Apparently, Asmus has decided to misuse a large amount of public resources to cover up the harassment I received at the Todd Co. Jail, the weapon/contraband introduced by Pope Co. Assistant attorney Chad "The Felon" Larson (Current Douglas County Attorney) and cover up the special treatment for Pope Co. Dispatcher Faline Louise Yackel. I can document the same/similar type of illegal behavior from Douglas Co. Attorney Chad "The Felon" Larson and Special assistant Pope Co./Stevens Co. Attorney Aaron "All Lawyered Up" Jordan, can't I? See attached "Evidence of Harassment" 5.2 megabytes.

It's part of a Minnesota Judicial Branch initiative that court officials say will make it easier for attorneys and judges to file and view documents, conserve staff resources and make courts more accessible to the public. "We understand that the public — the people we serve — do their banking online, they do their doctoring online, they do their shopping online," Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea told the News Tribune this week. "They expect to do their courtwork online and use technology to facilitate their interactions with the court system."  Northland courts prepare to go paperless By Tom Olsen Duluth News Tribune and Forum Communications Companyon Oct 9, 2015 at 11:44 p.m. http://www.duluthnewstribune.com/news/3857895-northland-courts-prepare-go-paperless

Aggressiveness: The Tantrum Trap … aggressive people are insistent on standing up for their own rights while ignoring and violating the rights of others. Contacts: Communicating Interpersonally, by Teri Kwal Gamble & Michael Gamble, page 351.

Surely in vain the net is spread in the sight of any bird. Proverbs 1:17 King James Version (KJV)

With the rise of the democracies and the dethronement and disempowering of previously powerful groups such as the military, the nobility, and the like, there has been a gradual shift from the conscious and explicit use of direct methods of interpersonal and social control to one that are more indirect, subtle, and covert. Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page xviii.

In her discussion of the different modes of overt and covert verbal abuse, Evans (1992) lists the following types of covert verbals abuse: “withholding,” “countering,” “discounting,” “verbal abuse disguised as jokes,” “blocking and diverting,” “trivializing,” and “undermining.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 13.

The various types of gaslighting have in common two defining features. The first is an attempt to impair or destroy an individual's confidence in his or her psychic abilities. After this first aim has been achieved, the second aim is to attain control over the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors of the victim.  By making another person feel fearful, guilty, or ashamed, the manipulator is in a position to gain control over the other individual's affects, thoughts, and behaviors by substituting his own beliefs. This is the basic mechanism of gaslighting whether used in everyday life, in psychotherapy situations, or in the thought-reform and mind-control manipulations of cult leaders. Some advertising and many social interactions in which one person attempts to gain control over another are based on this principle.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 7.

Please explain why the jail rosters that I requested for Pope Co. dispatcher Faline Yackel are different than the jail roster data example in the link that I provided? Is this part of your conspiracy with special assistant Pope Co. Attorney/Stevens Co. Attorney Aaron Jordan to illegally withhold public for data Pope Co. dispatcher Faline Yackel? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they? Jordan's is illegally withholding public data by making the wild and outrageous claims that I need to submit my data requesting in writing, isn't he?
Where is my private jail data, huh? Didn't you feed me? Where are the meal logs? Didn't I get laundry? No searches of my cell? Or maybe you don't want me to have the data that proves that I was illegally held in medical isolation? Where is the investigative data for Assistant Pope Co. Attorney Chad Larson's breach of security at the Todd Co. Jail? Are you trying to cover Larson sending a weapon to me via the U.S. mail?
