Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander (Wannabe Mayberry Sheriff Andy Taylor, Right?) Harasses Nemmers & Hangs Up Phone Over Illegally Withheld Free Electronic Public Data? Sjolander Too Busy Playing On Facebook To Do Job? Sjolander's Petty Little Feelings Hurt? Sjolander Upset Since Nemmers Made Comment About Sjolander's Email Address & Cell Phone Number On Facebook But Not City's Website? Or Is It Nemmers Proved Sjolander Lazy, Corrupt, Boogie Man & Asshole Cop? City Administrator Mark Vahlsing Hangs Up After Asking If Nemmers Is Recording Call? City Of Kenyon More Like Lawless Shit-hole Than Mayberry?

I've exposed another fraud, haven't I? I have, haven't I? This is a "famous" fraud, isn't it? The fraud is Facebook wannabe & internet celebrity wannabe Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander, isn't it? It is, isn't it?  Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander is one of those wannabes pretending to be Mayberry Sheriff Andy Taylor, isn't he? He is, isn't he?

In reality, Sjolander is just another thug with a badge and gun, isn't he? He is, isn't he? Sjolander thinks and acts like he is above the law, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he? So that means that Kenyon isn't Mayberry, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it? Kenyon is just another lawless shit-hole, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

... This boy is now Kenyon’s Police Chief, Lee Sjolander. His Kenyon (MN) Police Department Facebook posts have been inspiring educating people across the country to be more compassionate human beings and more effective parents. ... Sjolander will be giving a motivational talk about looking beyond the outer shell we all have and finding the inner beauty and talents we all possess. It is a topic that he has taken to heart and actively promotes on the Facebook page weekly. The sheep mask was pulled off of wolf Sjolander on Friday, August 7, 2015, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? Wolf Sjolander was harassing me in phone conversation that I was audio recording, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he? Wolf Sjolander was harassing me over some free electronic public information that I was asking to be emailed to me, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

"Congratulations," says the chief to the ten-year-old girl from California. "You are now an honorary officer of the city of Kenyon." Chief Lee Sjolander hands Ashlyne Thurber a pair of pink handcuffs, coaxing a smile. ... The plan was hatched by Kenyon Police officer Mike Nguyen, who has climbed into the driver's seat to give Ashlyne instructions on running the police radios, GPS and lights. ... Chief Sjolander soon joins them. "This is what makes grown policeman cry," he says as the chief presents a white paper bag to Ashlyne. "You get the first donut." Cops, 10-year-old cancer patient arrest foe Boyd Huppert, KARE 8:19 a.m. EDT October 17, 2014

Sjolander's harassment on the recorded phone conversation was just a continuation of the harassment from the retarded email that I received from him on August 7, 2015, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander was making these wild and outrageous claims in the email that I couldn't get my free, electronic public data emailed to me, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he? "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander wanted me to drive 2 hours & 58 minutes or 187 miles (One way, right?) to view this free, electronic public data, didn't he? He did, didn't he? Or the other harassing option was that I could have all the free, electronic public data printed off and snail-mailed to me for a charge, was it? It was, wasn't it? This is a standard harassment script used by corrupt local officials from one end of the state to the other, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

"Your own life experiences are what make you good or bad," he said. "If I can share my past, I think it makes me a bit more solid. People are surprised to learn that cops don't have to be hard-nosed, fast-charging all the time, especially in a small town. There has to be other ways to deal with stuff." ... Mark Vahlsing, Kenyon's city administrator, said he and other city leaders have heard "overwhelmingly good things about it. Lee is very vested in this job and in Kenyon. ... "There's been no detectable drop in the crime rate in the few months since Sjolander's homespun logic began being read in earnest, he admitted. "No, no drop, but people are following what we post, and I hear they're paying more attention, so that might lead to a drop at some point," he said. "Is this crime-fighting? Is this crime prevention? I like to think so — and how do you put a price on that?" Facebook is another tool on police chief's belt  Posted: Friday, June 21, 2013 12:49 pm By Kay Fate Postbulletin.com

It's the standard harassment script used by corrupt local officials who want to illegally withhold free, electronic public data, isn't it? It is, isn't it? It is in no way, shape or form kind, courteous and helpful, is it? It isn't, is it? In fact, its the diplomatic way of telling you to "Go to hell!" or to "Fuck off!", isn't it? It is, isn't it? Diplomacy is telling some one to "Go to hell!" in such as way that they enjoy the trip, isn't it? It is, isn't it? Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander was telling me to "Go to hell!" and/or "Fuck off!", wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

Now through Facebook Sjolander's virtual version a wave and a smile are crisscrossing the country. ...  Sjolander's homespun approach to law enforcement has drawn comparison to Andy Taylor, the fictitious sheriff of Mayberry in the Andy Griffith TV show. ... Sjolander shared that experience on Facebook as well. "According to Forbes you can't be a great leader without trust. I don't think I'm a great leader, but I think I'm a guy who knows a lot of us are a couple paychecks away from being like my house guest," he wrote in a post.  and of 10,000 Stories: Minnesota police chief lights up social media 9:49 PM, May 5, 2013 By Boyd Huppert      Share     Print     - A A A + Boyd Huppert, KARE 11 TV

So that means that I have an audio recording of Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander telling to "Go to hell!" or to "Fuck off!", doesn't it? It does. doesn't it? I'll go through this for the stupid sheep that follow "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander, won't I? I will, won't I?

Larry "Lonesome" Rhodes: This whole country's just like my flock of sheep!
Marcia Jeffries: Sheep?
Larry "Lonesome" Rhodes: Rednecks, crackers, hillbillies, hausfraus, shut-ins, pea-pickers - everybody that's got to jump when somebody else blows the whistle. They don't know it yet, but they're all gonna be 'Fighters for Fuller'. They're mine! I own 'em! They think like I do. Only they're even more stupid than I am, so I gotta think for 'em. Marcia, you just wait and see. I'm gonna be the power behind the president - and you'll be the power behind me!

A Face in the Crowd (1957) starring Andy Griffith as Larry "Lonesome" Rhodes

"Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander only gave me two choices (Drive to view their computer screen or pay to snail-mail, right?) of the three options that were available, didn't he? He did, didn't he? And there is clear, precise and unquestionable proof that I specifically asked to have all the free electronic public data emailed to me, isn't there? There is, isn't there? Only stupid sheep would fall for that old false dilemma scam, right? Of course, stupid sheep swears up and down that they are "logical" or/and uses "logical thinking," right? And all sorts of stupid sheep think that they are just as smart as the smart person, don't they? They do, don't they?

Logical fallacy Definition: An error in reasoning that renders an argument invalid. Clinical psychologist Rian McMullin expands this definition: "Logical fallacies are unsubstantiated assertions that are often delivered with a conviction that makes them sound as though they are proven facts" (The New Handbook of Cognitive Therapy Techniques, 2000). 6. False Dilemma A fallacy of oversimplification: an argument in which only two alternatives are provided when in fact additional options are available. Sometimes called the either-or fallacy. 12 Common Logical Fallacies Brief Definitions of Informal Fallacies With Links to Examples and Discussions By Richard Nordquist Grammar & Composition Expert http://grammar.about.com/od/rhetoricstyle/a/Top-12-Logical-Fallacies.htm

So that means that I have an audio recording of Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander (The wannabe Mayberry Sheriff Andy Taylor, Right?) maliciously following a script that was designed to waste my valuable time, to insult my intelligence, waste valuable government in an attempt to illegally withhold free electronic public data from me, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

Reasons to Avoid Logical Fallacies in Your Writing "There are three good reasons to avoid logical fallacies in your writing. First, logical fallacies are wrong and, simply put, dishonest if you use them knowingly. Second, they take away from the strength of your argument. Finally, the use of logical fallacies can make your readers feel that you do not consider them to be very intelligent." (William R. Smalzer, Write to Be Read: Reading, Reflection, and Writing, 2nd ed. Cambridge University Press, 2005). logical fallacy Glossary By Richard Nordquist Grammar & Composition Expert. http://grammar.about.com/od/il/g/logicfalterm.htm

And Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander would just repeat and repeat and repeat this harassment script over and over again, wouldn't he? (Hardly, kind, courteous and helpful, right? More like, rude, hateful and obstructive, right?) He would, wouldn't he? Why? Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander was hoping that his harassment would incite me to violence, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF PEACE OFFICERS MODEL POLICY MN STAT 626.8457 E. PRINCIPLE FIVE Peace officers shall treat all members of the public courteously and with respect. b) No peace officer shall ridicule, mock, deride, taunt, belittle, willfully embarrass, humiliate, or shame any person to do anything reasonably calculated to incite a person to violence. And that Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander could make the wild and outrageous claim [Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. Exodus 20:16 King James Version (KJV)] that he was the "victim." right? That's right, isn't it?

Thoughts from Chief Sjolander Shutting down our Facebook page... As I sit here this morning looking at Facebook, I'm seriously considering deleting our Kenyon Police Department page. We've had our page for a long time, and while it's been a joy for the most part, and we've done some wonderful things for a lot of people, I'm finding it hard to stay positive, and not take some of these "jabs" personally. I'm very proud of my calling, my co-workers, my city, and I'd like to not say this anti police rhetoric is not getting to me, but I'd be lying. I can't say enough that we are not your enemy. We are not mean, lazy, corrupt, or the "Boogie Man". We are sons, daughters, husbands, wives, aunts, uncles, and believe it or not, we are your friends. Yes, we have bad cops, just like we have bad citizens and like it or not, the good ones need each other. We have one of the toughest roles to fill in our society. "We are darned if we do, and darned if we don't" when it comes to doing our jobs and assisting you. I'm not looking for electric "high-fives" here and I'm not fishing for complements, I'm sharing my thoughts with you all, like I've done for years. I'll keep you all updated with my decision. Stay safe, Lee Kenyon (MN) Police Department July 21 at 5:24am

What was Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander's motive? Kenyon Police Chief Lee "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander had his little tiny petty feeling hurt by my asking why his email address ( lsjolander@cityofkenyon.com ) and his cell phone number (507-649-0264) were found on his Facebook site (Hillbilly cornpone site, right?) but not on the official city of Kenyon website, didn't he? He did, didn't he? How dare I question the City of Kenyon's wannabe Sheriff Andy Taylor, right? So, it is just another "contempt of cop" powerplay by some mentally and spiritually weak criminal, isn't it? It is, isn't it? Apparently, even his City Administrator Mark Vahlsing was telling "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander he was spending too much time playing on his hillbilly cornpone site, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

Thoughts from Chief Sjolander...
Our page will stay...
After some soul searching, phone calls, reading your comments, messages, shedding some tears, and some face to face meetings, it's been decided that our Facebook page will stay in place, but we've made a few changes.
We've added two more administrators who will help with returning messages, reviewing comments, reviewing items shared here, and hopefully, they will post some things as well.
We will continue sharing what we do here and hopefully continue to help others along the way, because that's why we are here. Yes, sometimes our "help" is not looked upon as such, but we are always looking for ways to connect with you, and this works.
I want to thank my City Administrator, Mark, for letting me vent, and reminding me that we have work to do.
I want to thank the Doyle's for taking time to meet with me. Your story touched my heart and your family makes the world a better place.
I want to thank "J", who told me to keep this page because, "You've helped so many people with it. When I thought no one would help me, you wrote about me and showed me that people do care."
Gas money...
We had a parent stop in yesterday with their child. They have a job, but things are tight right now and they needed a helping hand with gas for their vehicle. Because of you all, and this page, we had the means to help them get to work for a few days. If we stop sharing here, we would more than likely have to stop programs like, Our Heart's Discretionary Fund, Shops With Cops, Garage of Goodness, St. Vincent Fund, etc. We NEED programs like these not only for our public, but for us as peace officers. It's a wonderful thing when you can help someone and breakdown this "us vs them" mentality that can affect us all.
I'll end with this...
To the person who made the comment about me having "hurt feelings", you're right. My feelings do get hurt from time to time. I'm human, just like you, and the day I have no feelings is the day I will retire. I think good cops have feelings and we need them to show compassion, patience, forgiveness, and the desire to keep coming back day after day.
Thank you all for being here, for being you, and for giving me some of your time.
Stay safe,
Lee

Oh, and I caught "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander repeatedly lying to me, didn't I? I did, didn't I "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander had to make up all sorts of lies to cover up his harassment and his illegal withholding of free electronic public data, didn't he? He did, didn't he? I'll get more into them later, okay?

Thoughts from Layla...
Recently, I overheard my dad being asked about policies. That got me thinking what are his policies? Now I don't mean the long winded legal ones that he was being asked about, I mean his personal ones. I came up with these......
Be kind to everyone
Stand up for what you believe in
Take the time to help someone in need
Leave things better than how you found them
Always be honest
Have confidence in yourself
If you make a promise keep it
Respect yourself and others
Be tolerant of differences, everyone deserves to be treated fairly
Be accountable and take responsibility, if you make a mistake own up to it, nobody's perfect
Make sure that the people you love know that you love them, you never know how long you'll have them
What are your personal policies?
Stay safe,
Layla

Oh, I did tell "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander that I was recording the call, didn't I? I did, didn't I? That must explain why "Kenyon's Asshole Cop" Sjolander and Kenyon City Administrator Mark Vahlsing were hanging up the recorded phone conversations with me on Monday, August 10, 2015, right? That's right, isn't it?

More to come . . .
