Attorney Philip "State of the Art Malicious Prosecution" Miller can't obstruct justice if he gives Heather the squad audio/video from State Patrol Trooper Fritz or from St. Cloud K-9 Officer Graff, can he? He can't, can he? (Heather also wants the Orono Police dept.'s squad audio/video to document police misconduct, doesn't she? She does, doesn't she? More on that later, okay?)

And that is why miller didn't give Heather the electronic evidence on malicious bail hearing on 06-01-15, isn't it? It is, isn't it? Oh wait! Didn't you know that corrupt Benton Co. Attorney Philip "State of the Art Malicious Prosecution" Miller issued a malicious warrant for Heather's arrest? He did, didn't he? Miller issued the malicious warrant even though he had Heather's phone number, email address, and work address, right? That's right, isn't it? Miller wanted Heather to lose her job and to break her will by maliciously imprisoning her, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

Heather decided to use her own technology to make a call and to record the call to Corrupt Benton Co. Attorney Philip "State of the Art Malicious Prosecution" Miller, didn't she? She did, didn't she? She called because Miller was making some wild and outrageous claim in an email to me that Heather would get all her evidence at her next hearing on June 9, 2015, didn't she? She did, didn't she?

Heather didn't get this evidence when the case was initially eFiled on 11-12-14 as a misdemeanor, did she? She didn't, did she? So Heather has absolutely not confidence that her electronic data will show up for this malicious charge that was eFiled 05-19-15, does she? She doesn't does she?

And instead of sending the electronic evidence (squad audio/video, right?) for the State Trooper, the St. Cloud K-9 Officer, and the Orono Pd, corrupt Miller just emailed Heather a stupid pdf file, didn't he? Not a single audio or video file was sent to Heather from Miller's file share account, was there? There wasn't, was there?

See Heather's fears were justified, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

 

And did you notice that absolutely no mention of the illegal K-9 search by St. Cloud K-9 Officer Graff  is even mentioned in Lt. Salto's April 8, 2015's letter to corrupt Miller's office?

It's the same letter that proves that Miller knew how to communicate with Heather prior to issuing his malicious warrant, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Did Miller just take a hammer to all of Heather's electronic evidence? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they?
