Cook Co. Sheriff Pat Eliasen was forced to stop illegally withholding all sorts of data from me, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he? After a couple of phone messages and Cook Co. Sheriff Pat Eliasen coughed up the Lexipol policy and procedure for the Sheriff's department, didn't he? He did, didn't he? (However, after the same couple of phone messages Cook Co. Sheriff Pat Eliasen is still illegally withholding the Lexipol policy and procedure manual for the Cook Co. jail and the prisoner handbook, isn't he?)

13.03 ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT DATA. Subd. 3. Request for access to data. (a) Upon request to a responsible authority or designee, ... (d) ... The responsible authority, upon the request of any person, shall provide sufficient documentation to explain and justify the fee being charged. (e) The responsible authority of a government entity that maintains public government data in a computer storage medium shall provide to any person making a request under this section a copy of any public data contained in that medium, in electronic form, if the government entity can reasonably make the copy or have a copy made. Subd. 2. Procedures. (a) The responsible authority in every government entity shall establish procedures, consistent with this chapter, to insure that requests for government data are received and complied with in an appropriate and prompt manner.

Before I left the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, the MDA had shown up at the farm (without any court orders), despite being told they should stay away (the Sheriff’s Office was not notified or involved). They entered and took pictures of the unoccupied milk house. Later, they located David and gave him a report telling him he was in violation of state regulations, and that he needed to pasteurize the milk that he produced. During my career I would have considered those actions a possible trespass. Everyone should have the right to keep others from trespassing on their property after they are warned verbally or in writing to stay away (MN criminal statute 609.605 sub.1(b)(7)). David filed a trespass report that was taken by Cook County Sheriff Mark Falk. In my opinion, the MDA should have respected the rule of law concerning trespass, even when it concerns someone that is resisting their perceived authority. Oh, did I mention that I told Cook Co. Sheriff Pat Eliasen that I wanted to file criminal charges against common criminal Cook Co. Attorney Molly Hicken? Hicken is illegally withholding convicted criminal Cook Co. Attorney Timmy "The Stalker" Scannell data in case no. 16-CR-13-279, isn't she? She is, isn't she? More on that in a later post, okay?

I'm sure that Cook Co. Sheriff Pat Eliasen will investigate my complaint as much as former Cook Co. Sheriff Falk investigated David Berglund's criminal trespas complaint against the home invading Minnesota Dept. of Agriculture, aren't I? I am, aren't I?
