Newly elected Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum is trying to cover up the criminal misconduct and misuse of public funds by former Rice Co. Attorney Paul Beaumaster, isn't he?

He is, isn't he? Co. Attorney Fossum attempted a power play in court yesterday in Case No. 66-VB-14-3349, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

He attempted to bully, intimidate, slander and coerce Ayrlahn Johnson into giving up his right to a jury trial and his evidence, didn't he?

He did, didn't he? However, Fossum's power play fizzled, didn't it? It did, didn't it?

After all the sound and fury which signified nothing, Fossum was forced to admit in written apology to the judge that he was wasting the court's valuable time, didn't he? You'll notice that Fossum did not admit to nor apologize for wasting  Ayrlahn Johnson's valuable time nor illegally withholding his evidence, won't you? You will, won't you?

And Ayrlahn still has not received any evidence in  case no. 66-VB-14-4097, has he? He hasn't, has he? And evidence is still missing in case no. 66-VB-14-3349, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

It looks like the corrupt Rice county courts are just as corrupt as the lawless Pope county courts, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

Lion News: Rice Co. Attorney Beaumaster Tries To Provoke Nemmers To Violence In Data Dodge?

And that is why Ayrlahn Hegge Johnson recorded his interactions with these corrupt Rice county officials, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

In Ayrlahn's case the incriminating dash cam video of Minnesota State Trooper's Patric Ignaszewski's threats and dangerous "Dukes of Hazard" high speed turn were mysteriously edited out of the dash cam video for his 08-09-14 traffic stop, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

III.  RESPONSIBILITIES A. Members 1. Record all traffic stops, pursuits, emergency vehicle operations, and other incidents of value to law enforcement or training. Minnesota Highway Patrol’s General Order effective March 25, 2009.

And St. Thomas law student/intern Travis Kowitz was caught aiding and abetting in the cover-up of  Minnesota State Trooper's Patric Ignaszewski's falsifying official documents and the illegal withholding of exculpatory evidence, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

“In his spare time, he races enduro cars. Ignaszewski is excited to use his driving skills to make Minnesota’s roads safer for all." Officer Ignaszewski’s biography on the Minnesota State Patrol website.

St. Thomas law student/intern Travis Kowitz was also caught practicing law without his state-mandated supervisor present, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

Rule 3.04 Supervisory Attorney 3) be present with the student during all interactions with the client; ... Rule 1.04 Supervisory Attorney The attorney who supervises a student shall: 6) appear with the student at all other proceedings unless the attorney deems his or her personal appearance unnecessary to assure proper supervision. This authorization shall be made in writing and shall be available to the judge or other official conducting the proceedings upon request.

So-called judges John T. Cajacob and Christine Anne Long were both caught aiding and abetting Rice Co. Attorney Beaumaster's perversion of justice crew, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

And Rice Co. Administrator Tony Murphy had not problem with Rice Co. Attorney Beaumaster trying to defraud Ayrlahn out of huge amounts of money for free electronic data, did he?

Prokopowicz added that Dakota County is a pilot project for e-charging, e-filing and e-court, and they hope to use Beaumaster significantly for that project. Beaumaster to continue prosecuting in Dakota County  Posted: Friday, January 2, 2015 1:00 pm | Updated: 11:28 pm, Fri Jan 2, 2015.  By BRAD PHENOW bphenow@faribault.com.

Even the corrupt local rag called the Faribault Daily News didn't have a problem with the due process violations nor the attempt to defraud Ayrlahn out of large sums of money for free electronic data, did they? They didn't, did they?

Not a single one of these corrupt Minnesota courts can be trusted, can they? They can't, can they?
And now you know why these corrupt Minnesota courts are fighting to have cameras and audio recording devices in the courtrooms during hearings and trials, don't you? You do, don't you?

Because the audio and video of the court appearances of people like Ayrlahn Hegge Johnson and myself would be filling the internet with clear, precise and unquestionable evidence of illegally withheld exculpatory evidence, evidence that have been tampered with and perjury, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?

Because the only way to win in these rigged Minnesota courts is to expose the rigged Minnesota courts, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And the three things that I look for to discredit the lawless Minnesota courts are:
1. Incompetence
2. Misconduct of public officials
3. Brutality of public officials, aren't they? They are, aren't they?

Don't speak to these corrupt local officials unless you have your audio and/or video recording devices activated, okay?

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16 KJV.
