Atwater Attorney Schmidt Advising Police And City Clerk To Illegally
Withhold Chicken Beheading Data And Harass Nemmers
This is my formal
complaint against City Of Atwater Attorney Bradley J. Schmidt
[Bradley J. Schmidt, Atwater City Attorney, 320 First Street South,

320.235.0480, Toll Free: 1-800-733-7057, bradschmidt@jmsklaw.com] for
advising City of Atwater Police Chief Trevor Berger and
Clerk/Treasurer Clerk Goldie Smith to illegally withhold public data
related to the August 2014 chicken beheading incident. Not only was
my data illegally withheld from me but I was harassed by
Clerk/Treasurer Clerk Smith's malicious emails.
To add insult to
injury Attorney Bradley J. Schmidt not only did not want to take my
personnel complaint against Clerk/Treasurer Clerk Smith's, but City
Of Atwater Attorney Schmidt has willfully refused to acknowledge
receipt of my complaint. See audio evidence below:

Apparently, this is
standard operating procedure not only for the corrupt City of Atwater
but also the corrupt City of Willmar. A similar scenario of illegally
withholding public information and willfully refusing to acknowledge

In fact, your office wanted me to do your advertised job, didn't
they? Your staff wanted me to inform a federal law enforcement agency
about local corruption, didn't they? So the purpose of this letter is
to prove that you are promoting anarchy and lawlessness, isn't it?
And I plan on doing that by:
1. Filing a valid
complaint with clear, precise and unquestionable evidence of criminal
activity by corrupt local officials.
2. Educate the
unsuspecting public that you either ignored my valid complaint or
covered up this criminal activity. Coming up with retarded excuses
why you aren't going to prosecute local corruption isn't part of your
advertised job description, is it?

RULE 8.3: REPORTING
PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT (a) A lawyer who knows that another lawyer
has committed a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct that
raises a substantial question as to that lawyer’s honesty,
trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects, shall
inform the appropriate professional authority.
RULE 8.4: MISCONDUCT
It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: (a) violate or attempt
to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or
induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another; (b)
commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s
honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer in other respects;
(c) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or
