On August 15, 2014 whistleblower Tanner Johnson filed a criminal misconduct complaint against City of Eagan's Administrator Dave Osberg, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

That is Tanner filed the complaint after the Dakota County Deputy Sergeant realized that his willful refusal to take Tanner's complaint was being recorded, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

It is a criminal act for a so-called public official to willfully refuse to do their advertised job, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Minnesota Statutes 609.43 MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE. A public officer or employee who does any of the following, for which no other sentence is specifically provided by law, may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both:
(1) intentionally fails or refuses to perform a known mandatory, nondiscretionary, ministerial duty of the office or employment within the time or in the manner required by law; or
(2) in the capacity of such officer or employee, does an act knowing it is in excess of lawful authority or knowing it is forbidden by law to be done in that capacity; or
(3) under pretense or color of official authority intentionally and unlawfully injures another in the other's person, property, or rights; or
(4) in the capacity of such officer or employee, makes a return, certificate, official report, or other like document having knowledge it is false in any material respect.

So now you know why the deputy suddenly pulled out his pen and started taking Tanner's complaint, don't you? You do, don't you?

Now Tanner has clear, precise and unquestionable evidence of the two different sets of laws in lawless Dakota county, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?

When filming a corrupt deputy is the only way you can get the deputy to do his job, then you know that you live in a lawless county, don't you? You do, don't you?

The Dakota County deputy sergeant was going out of his way to discourage Tanner from filing a criminal complaint, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

The Dakota County deputy sergeant was trying to coerce Tanner into allowing the corrupt City of Eagan to do a civil administrative investigation, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

A guilty finding on a civil administrative hearing won't land you in jail for stealing Tanner's money, will it? It won't will it? And the City of Eagan's Administrator Dave Osberg stole money from Tanner, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

And if Tanner stole money from the City of Eagan, then both the Dakota County deputy sergeant and City of Eagan's Administrator Dave Osberg would want Tanner prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law in criminal court, wouldn't they? They would, wouldn't they? Another example of two different sets of laws, right? That's right, isn't it?

The Dakota County deputy sergeant and City of Eagan's Administrator Dave Osberg are both willing to engage in criminal misconduct to cover up each others crimes, aren't they? They are, aren't they? And the crime that they are both trying to cover up is that the City of Eagan either illegally withholds your evidence for court or tries to overcharge you so you can afford your evidence for court, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

More to come . . .
