Pope County Parents: Danger - You're Children Are Really, Really Not Safe, Are They? Minnewaska School Year Starts Off By Illegally Withhelding Facebook Lawsuit Data And Interrogation Data? Illegally WIthheld By Supt. Greg Schmidt & School Board Chair Jim Peters? Attorney Peters Doesn't Sound Professional (More Like Guilty As Sin, Right?) In Nemmers' Phone Call, Does He?

Parents: Why are you sending your preciously little children to a school that is run by common criminals, huh?

What do you expect that your precious children will learn from the common criminals, huh? The criminal's 3 R's, right?

1. Readin'
2. 'Riting,
3. Wreaking havoc?

Lion News: Minnewaska School Chair Peters Covers Up Supt. Schmidt's Illegal Public Data Dodge?

The common criminals at the Minnewaska Area School (MAS) can't even "man up" and admit they are criminals, can they?

They can't, can they?

Riley’s mother, Sandra Stratton, said she wasn’t informed or invited to sit in when officials “interrogated” her daughter. She did say the school called that morning to discuss the parent’s complaint about the sex-talk message with her son.“They never once told me they were going to bring her into the room and demand her Facebook password,” Sandra said. ACLU wins settlement for sixth-grader's Facebook posting – ACLU sued Minnewaska school after sixth- grader was forced to give up password. Article by: Curt Brown, Star Tribune. Updated: March 25, 2014 - 11:06 PM.

The common criminals at MAS feel like they can do whatever they want with the public's money, don't they? They do, don't they?

Like interrogate precious, young minds, right? That's right, isn't it?

As part of the settlement the School District agreed to change its policies to better protect students’ privacy and train its staff on the new policy to ensure it is correctly followed. The School District also agreed to a $70,000 settlement which will be divided between the Strattons, for damages, and the ACLU-MN to cover case costs and support future ACLU-MN efforts to protect the civil liberties of Minnesotans. And when the criminals at MAS get caught in the act they just lawyer up and waste more of the public's money defending their criminal acts, correct? That's correct, isn't it?

Which is why my recorded conversation with common criminal school board chair Jimmy "MAS Child Abuser #2" Peters is really, really funny, isn't it? It is, isn't it? Jimmy sounded guilty as sin, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

And the reason why my phone call to common criminal & school board chair Jimmy "MAS Child Abuser #2" Peters is really, really funny is because Jimmy forgot to "lawyer up," isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Instead of lawyering up like he normally would do, common criminal & school board chair Jimmy "MAS Child Abuser #2" Peters decided to try to intimidate me, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

The key word is "tried," isn't it? It is since the strategy failed, didn't it? That's right, isn't it?

So now it appears that I will have to call up common criminal & school board chair Jimmy "MAS Child Abuser #2" Peters and not only ask what happened to my Facebook data, but what happened to the other data that he and Schmidt were illegally withholding before, right. That's right, isn't it? We'll have to see if Jimmy fails to maintain his "cool" the next time like he did this last time, right? That's right, isn't it?

More to come . . .
