Douglas County Parents: Are Your Children Safe? District 206 Students Interrogated? Another Facebook Fiasco In The Works? Nemmers Victim Of District's Harassing Phone Calls, Third Degree, And Diabolical Data Dodging Scam? School Indoctrinates Students Into Thinking That Administration And District's Legal Counsel Are About The Law?

Are you aware of the Facebook lawsuit brought against lawless Pope County's indoctrination center called the Minnewaska Area School District #2149 (MAHS)? I am, aren't I? The corrupt officials at the MAHS interrogated a student, didn't they? They did, didn't they?

Riley’s mother, Sandra Stratton, said she wasn’t informed or invited to sit in when officials “interrogated” her daughter. She did say the school called that morning to discuss the parent’s complaint about the sex-talk message with her son.“They never once told me they were going to bring her into the room and demand her Facebook password,” Sandra said. So I decided to ask the corrupt school officials at Alexandria High School at District 206 if they interrogated their students, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

We offer a one-day training program on The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation for school administrators. In the last several years we have conducted this one-day seminar for school administrators in: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Oregon and New York. The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation for School Administrators. c 2012 John E. Reid and Associates, Inc. Presented by Joseph P. Buckley, President. John E. Reid and Associates, Inc. info@reid.com, www.reid.com, jbuckley@reid.com

And I received the "third degree" for asking for legal information, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

In Minnesota we're sort of in this transition because we've been recording interrogations now for about 15 years. We're sort of in a transition from the Reid approach to this investigative interviewing approach. Real Interrogation: What actually happens when cops question kids. By Barry C. Feld, Centennial Professor of Law, University of Minnesota. Lecture delivered February 14, 2013 at Arizona State University – School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.

I was lied to, harassed, and was illegally denied public information by the Grand Inquisitor . . . aka Superintendent Rick Lahn, wasn't I?

I realize the name is the “Reid Technique of Interview and Interrogation”, but we, as school personnel, do not claim to interrogate anyone. We interview, we ask a lot of questions, we investigate, we make every attempt to follow the Reid technique to the letter; however, we do not call what we do interrogation. Interrogation stirs up mental pictures of smoke-filled rooms, bright lights, and other negative images portrayed in movies and on TV. The last thing you want going around your school/community is that the Deans/VP in your school interrogate students. It may be more palatable to describe what we do after initial interview as an effort to clarify an inconsistencies or discrepancies in the information that the student has given us. The only things missing from the experience were the bright lights in my face and the heavy phone book crashing  down onto my head, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

13.43 PERSONNEL DATA. Subd. 2. Public data. (a), (2) job title and bargaining unit; job description; education and training background; and previous work experience; (7) work location; a work telephone number; badge number; work-related continuing education; and honors and awards received;

Assistant Principal Amy Sack was the one I sent the original data request to, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

A. Generally, students may not be interviewed during the school day by persons other than a student’s parents, school district officials, employees and/or agents, except as otherwise provided by law and/or this policy. 519 Interviews of Student by Outside Agencies – II. General Statement of Policy. Alexandria, Minnesota School District 206. page 519-1.

And it is a matter of the public record that Assistant Principal Amy Sack has a history of illegally withholding data, isn't it? It is, isn't it? (We'll get into that more in a later post, won't we?)

Security and Maintenance 1. The school district shall establish appropriate security safeguards to ensure that video recordings are maintained and stored in conformance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minn. Stat. Ch. 13, and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, and the rules and/or regulations promulgated there under. 2. The school district shall ensure that video recording are retained in accordance with the school district’s records retention schedule. II. General Statement of Policy – 736 Video Surveillance Other Than On Buses. Page 736 – 2.

Superintendent Rick Lahn made it clear to me that he was going to conspire with District 206's legal counsel to illegally withhold this public data from me, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

2013 Minnesota Statutes. 13.03 Access to Government Data. Subd. 3. Request for access to data. (c) The responsible authority or designee shall provide copies of public data upon request. 13.43 Personnel Data. Subd. 2. Public data. (a) (2) job title and bargaining unit; job description; education and training background; and previous work experience.

Superintendent Rick Lahn did that by maliciously describing my data request as "ridiculous," didn't he?

In addition, MDE does not charge for the first two (2) hours of program staff time spent searching for, retrieving and making copies of data. Guide for Member of the Public Requesting Information – Minnesota Department of Education. February 2012, page 6.

Superintendent Rick Lahn also maliciously described my data request as "very out of the ordinary," didn't he?

2. Interrogation. Where an interview is an exercise in education, an interrogation is an exercise of extraction. The interrogation of a suspect presents special problem which we will not address, other than to make one observation. Many examiners approach the interrogation of a suspect with the objective of extracting a confession. This is a capital mistake, as the suspect may be innocent. The examiner should approach the suspect interrogation with the same objective as any other form of questioning – to extract the truth. You are more likely to achieve the truth if you do not try to impose your preconceptions about the truth upon the witness. George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West:2007), Page 166.

Superintendent Rick Lahn also maliciously said: "We're not going to have our chain yanked by somebody like you." didn't he? He did, didn't he?

Consider that a fact-giver may have worked so many hours or days on a case that, without any malicious intent, he may have withheld relevant information or even supplied unfounded information to the investigator. When an initial investigator becomes emotionally involved in solving a case, it is not uncommon for him or her to lose perspective of a truth-seeker and assume the adversarial role of a prosecutor, attempting to “build a case” against the person he believes is responsible for the crime. Fred E. Inbau, John E. Reid, Joseph P. Buckley, Brian C. Jayne, Criminal Interrogation and Confessions, 4th Ed., page 17.

Superintendent Rick Lahn has got a screw loose if he thinks that I will let him, his corrupt Assist. Principal Amy Sack and their slime ball attorney waste my valuable time, insult my intelligence and waste valuable public resources illegally dodging my data request, hasn't he? He has, hasn't he?

But he never expected as part of his FOIA request to receive an internal Navy note that details how to dismiss his request as a “fishing expedition.” Mr. MacFarlane had sought information related to the Navy Yard shooting in September and had asked that all fees beyond $15 be waived, Politico reported. The surprise Navy memo said to negotiate with Mr. MacFarlane over his request and characterize it as a waste of time. It also said, Politico reported, to speak about the cost of fulfilling the request as a means of pressuring Mr. MacFarlane to “narrow the scope” of his FOIA. The memo specifically states: “Again, ‘fishing expedition.’ Just because they are media doesn’t mean the memos shed light on specific government activities.” The U.S. Navy apologized for the memo. U.S. Navy mistakenly sends how-to memo on dodging FOIA requests By Cheryl K. Chumley, The Washington Times. Wednesday, January 8, 2014.

The next round is going to be a virtual kick in the "nuts" for Superintendent Rick Lahn, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

By making another person feel fearful, guilty, or ashamed, the manipulator is in a position to gain control over the other individual's affects, thoughts, and behaviors by substituting his own beliefs. This is the basic mechanism of gaslighting whether used in everyday life, in psychotherapy situations, or in the thought-reform and mind-control manipulations of cult leaders. Some advertising and many social interactions in which one person attempts to gain control over another are based on this principle.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 7.

The best part is Superintendent Rick Lahn has no idea what I really want, does he? He doesn't, does he?

If Superintendent Rick Lahn was upset with me before, then he will be even more upset with me after I pull the special move on him, won't he? He will, won't he?

More to come . . .
