Coleraine Cop Disables Audio In Arrest Of Itasca Co. Deputy Jamie “Terroristic Threat” Gilbert? Officer Daniel Mooers Throws Procedure (And Rule Of Law?) Out Squad Window When Deputy Gilbert Is The Suspect Of A Crime? Squad Audio Is A Safety Device, Isn't It?

Lion News: Coleraine Cop Disables Audio In Arrest Of Itasca Co. "Terroristic Threat" Gilbert?

Read Complaint Here You will notice that there is no mention of the squad audio being disabled in the complaint, won't you?

It looks like Coleraine, Mn has just as corrupt of a so-called law enforcement agency (Anarchy Enforcement Officers?) as the rest of lawless Itasca county, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

And who whines, pisses and moans that they need to the latest technology to fight crime, huh? Yeah the LEO's (So-called Law Enforcement Officers - who are really AEO: Anarchy Enforcement Officers, right?) do, don't they?

Yet, who is caught on his own squad video and audio disabling the safety device? Yeah, the AEO called Coleraine Police Officer Daniel Mooers, badge no. 253, right?

The squad video/audio are safety devices, aren't they? They are, aren't they?
Then why is Coleraine Police Officer Daniel Mooers disabling the squad audio sound? And why is it left off from 4:52 to the end of the video? What does Mooers have to hide?

Squad Video/Audio Are Safety Devices For:

1. Officer Safety
2. Safety of the Suspect
3. Safety of the Case
4. Public Safety - You can spot the corrupt cops misusing public resources to commit and cover-up crimes, can't you? And that is why they are tampered with, illegally withheld or destroyed, aren't they?

And that is why Coleraine Chief of Police Jeff "Disables Squad Audio" Kuck is illegally withholding the other dash cam videos and squad audio from me, isn't it?

It is, isn't it?

You see this misuse of public resources spilled into the Itasca County Jail, into the Coleraine Police Department, into Coleraine's City Attorney John Dimich's office and finally into the corrupt Itasca County Judge Jon Maturi's courtroom, didn't it? It did, didn't it?

Case No. 31-CR-12-2045. State of Minnesota vs Jamie Carl Gilbert. 07/18/2012: Plea (Judicial Officer: Maturi, Jon A.) 1. Traffic - DWI - Operate Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol – Guilty. Lead Attorneys: Defendant – Chad Brian Sterle 218-326-9646(W); Jurisdiction State of Minnesota – John P. Dimich 218-326-1765(W)

It all has to do with 3 little words, doesn't it?

I consulted with Miller, Morse and Mihelick about the situation, Miller and Morse stated that they could not be involved with this case due to a conflict of interest. ICR#: 12-001216 for Itasca Deputy Jamie Carl Gilbert by Coleraine Police Officer Daniel Mooers - Badge #253.

You'll notice that is was important to avoid a conflict of interest with the child porn producing Itasca County Deputy Aaron Edward Apitz, won't you? You will, won't you?

Until Apitz resigned the day before he was charged, he was with the sheriff’s office for 17 years, serving as a road deputy and a courtroom bailiff. Judge Jon Maturi and Judge Lois Lang, both Itasca County District judges, recused themselves from hearing the case. The Itasca County Attorney’s office also recused itself from the case, which was prosecuted by Cass County. Former sheriff’s deputy sentenced for video-taping teenager. Case No. 31-CR-13-640. State of Minnesota vs Aaron Edward Apitz. 03/06/2013: Order to Recuse (Judicial Officer: Maturi, Jon A. ); 03/06/2013 Order to Recuse (Judicial Officer: Lang, Lois J. ); Lead Attorneys: Defendant – John D. Undem 218-326-0321(W); Jurisdiction State of Minnesota – Christopher Jay Strandle 218-547-7255(W).

Apitz also admitted to clearing the phone before turning it in. Strandlie also pointed out during the hearing that information was not completed, including examination of backup servers and that the plea agreement applied only to this incident. The iPhone was submitted to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension laboratory for forensic analysis. Former deputy pleads guilty in videotaping incident. By Lisa Rosemore Herald-Review. But, somehow avoiding a conflict of interest wasn't important at all in the case of terroristic threat spewing Itasca County Deputy Jamie Carl Gilbert, was it? It wasn't, was it?

Case No. 31-CR-12-2045. State of Minnesota vs Jamie Carl Gilbert. 07/18/2012: Plea (Judicial Officer: Maturi, Jon A.) 1. Traffic - DWI - Operate Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol – Guilty. P.S. What are the names of all these witnesses? And why aren't their names listed in the report?

More to come . . .
