You'd think that Mn. Dept. of Public Safety's Data Practice Compliance Counsel would be assisting you in getting data that is being illegally withheld from you, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?

Lion News: MN State Patrol Harasses Nemmers For Carlton's 'Drunk' Pertler? Part 1

But that isn't the case, isn't it? It isn't, is it?

Instead the Mn. Dept. of Public Safety's Data Practice Compliance Counsel Joseph Newton has decided to misuse public resource to aid and abet Sgt. Jesse Grabow, Lt. Eric Roeske, Capt. Steve Stromback & Capt. Sean Meagher in the illegal withholding of public data & criminal misconduct, hasn't he? He has, hasn't he?

How can you trust a state agency that claims to protect the public's safety when they are only concerned about avoiding criminal prosecution, huh? You can't, can you?

And if they would engage in criminal misconduct in the case that I asked for then, how many other case do they engage in criminal misconduct on a daily basis, huh?

Does the lawless Mn State Patrol attempt to illegally fix tickets for you? They don't, do they?

They only do that for their fellow criminals like drunk-driving & breathalyzer refusing Carlton Co. Attorney Tommy "The Drunk" Pertler, don't they?

More to come . . .
