During JD Lom's hearing he was told by the judge that he couldn't have a public defender nor could he have his dash cam video nor the Mobile Date Terminal (MDT) traffic from the Itasca Co. traffic stop, wasn't he?  However, the judge said he could get a sweetheart deal on his trumped up traffic ticket, couldn't he?

Below: Scan of JD's Ticket from JD Lom - not from "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams.

You'll notice that the ticket says 80 mph, doesn't it? And JD told the crooked Itasca deputy that he wasn't going 80 mph, didn't he? Is this why the judge didn't want to give JD his dash cam video & MDT?

Yup, John Lom is allowing Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams another opportunity to engage in Criminal Misconduct of a Public Officer/Official, isn't he?

609.43 MISCONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.
A public officer or employee who does any of the following, for which no other sentence is specifically provided by law, may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than one year or to payment of a fine of not more than $3,000, or both:
(1) intentionally fails or refuses to perform a known mandatory, nondiscretionary, ministerial duty of the office or employment within the time or in the manner required by law; or

John is doing this by submitting another lawful data request that "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams will willfully refuse to process, isn't he?

John told me that he has not heard a single word back on this long overdue data request for Tim Salisbury's data, hasn't he?

A spoliator of evidence in a legal action is an individual who neglects to produce evidence that is in her possession or control. In such a situation, any inferences that might be drawn against the party are permitted, and the withholding of the evidence is attributed to the person's presumed knowledge that it would have served to operate against her.
